Jazztel Telphone & Internet

Can anyone tell me if there is a Jazztel office near to La Marina, please? I have Jazztel in the house and the internet is brilliant but I want to change over to it in the bar. At the moment I am with BT Espana. The bills are large and the internet is rubbish. I have tried to change from them before and they put every obstacle in my way so they don't lose the business. I have heard that Jazztel will organise it all for me. Thanks. Kate At Cagney's.

La Marina

Jazztel have got a shop in Guardamar, in the main square in front of the ayuntamiento.

I've heard mixed reports about the company though

No probs Kate.
If you do decide to go with Jazztel, I'd be interested to hear how you get on.

Would Telecable be no use ?, seem to be competitive and offer good service

Found Jazztel in Guardmar yesterday. Very attractive offer for the telephone and internet. Very helpful staff. All should be installed within 7 days and I got a free mobile phone with the deal!!! Fingers crossed, so far so good. Will update when it's installed. By the way the shop closes in the day and reopens at 5pm.

We have been with Jazztel for three years now, and must say their internet service is brilliant. However their back up service leaves a lot to be desired, for example, you can not communicate by email, but have to use FAX Ideally they like everything done by phone, but have no English speaking staff.
But, we won't change as the service is wonderful. We always get speeds of 11Mb to 12Mb, although we pay for 10Mb.
Expensive, but brilliant.

We pay Telefonica 19.90 per month and get around 8.6 mb. It is very stable and, on the one occasion we had a problem (which was actually down to us!) they were out and fixed it very quickly.
Just lately, they seem to be trying harder to keep their customers happy. I guess they were losing too many!

Geoff,
does that include your telephone line?
I am paying 42.28 euros per month including everything for 10Mb. (ie includes free calls to UK0
My contract is just about to run out, so I would like to know.
Over the years, we have tried Torresat, Ole, CBbroadband and Telecable. Although they are all cheaper, they have problems with contention, and they are all extremely poor service in the wee small hours, which is when my wife listens mostly.
Does anybody else have experience of fast broadband (ADSL or 10Mb+) with any other company?

No, the telephone line rental is extra, as is the IVA. The total we pay per month to Telefonica is about 43 Euros. This includes phone calls within Spain, and if we phone elsewhere we use a Voip program on the computer.

Hi can anyone advise me how I can make contact with Jazztel other than by phone, I don't speak Spanish. I am trying to have my wifi and telephone reconnected as I am returning to Guardamar at the end of the month. Is it possible to send them a fax in English?
